Translation: Nathan is getting jealous now that he no longer has a monopoly
on Apple 2 information, and is trying his damnest to hurt everyone else any
way he can. ROFLOL that he acuses Dr. Tom of 'you collect like a packrat'...
this is Nathan Mates... notorious hoarder of a Apple 2 FAQ... saying this,
isn't it ;-)

Since you seem to have some sort of mental deficiency, Nathan, let me spell
it out for you: Dr. Tom is making a few historical information documents
available for *historical* purposes, which he is stating is *historical* and
no longer fully accurate. He is not saying that all the information on his
site is inaccurate, and he isn't trying to get the public to proofread 
documents for him.

It's like all the people who would buy a copy of the original Robot Odyssey
in the packaging even though it can be downloaded now... some of us actually
enjoy seeing the old stuff [I myself have been collecting as many of the
older versions of the Infocom text adventure games as possible... they have
many more bugs than the current PC versions, but I collect them anyway
as memorabilia]. Can you get that through your head? They're there for
historical reference.

So, let's review: Not only is Nathan saying that possibly historically 
significant documents should not be available, he's also saying that said
documents should be modified to bring them up to date.... this is the person
who is trying to rigirously copyright and restrict a FAQ... actually trying
to promote stuffing around with documents just to bring them up to date?

Man, I am once again glad that people like Nathan aren't running the 
country "Gee, this constitution is outdated. Lets not keep it around anywhere
anymore, and make an updated version to keep it in line with current 
times." [Anyone ever see that Sliders episode about the US constitution
having been changed?]
