I am using Netscape. I use the HOLD SHIFT, click the mouse button
(Windows '95) to save Marinetti.BXY to my IBM's disk.
I transfer the file over to my apple IIgs (I don't think the PC to apple
transfer is part of the problem)
I run Binscii (apple II), and no bytes are added.
I run Gscii+ (apple IIgs) and it tells me:
__________________________________________________________
AUnpack (G..r......s...f)
Archive is Corrupt, Line 2
__________________________________________________________
It tells me this many times, and the disk that I specified as the place to
store the Un-Scii'd files contains a bunch of files like:
g..rrr..s.....
..f
g....
g.

Could someone help me out here, or possibly email me a copy?

I just spent about an hour and a half downloading and redownloading the
files.
I even tried the "configure your browser to recognize apple II file types"
page, accessible from the Marinetti page. I added x-binary II, and all of
the file extensions as the instructions say.
I still get errors in line 2 of the BINSCII archive.
