    Actually I meant to say MIDIsynth, not specially synthLAB (just 
so many people refer to MIDIsynth music as "synthLAB music", seeing 
that it was the first application to use it; and for some time, the
only one). Sorry about being unclear.

    Anything that uses MIDIsynth qualifies. Actually synthLAB itself
isn't much of a tool for converting/playing MIDI files since there 
is no "import" option. The only thing you can do is a MIDI to MIDI
connection (two computers) or convert them with another program and
then bring the sequence into synthLAB.
