What on earth are you talking about?  EVERY upgrade ever released for
win95 has been freely available from the web site, except the OSR2
release, and you can build OSR2 easily from all the other patches.

yeah, if you're a bumbling idiot maybe.  How hard is it to double click
the patch, and hit "OK" when it says "this will install xxx patch"?
