REQ: Uncorrupted disk image for Alice In Wonderland

I recently went to Asimov's FTP site where there were tons of Apple II and
up files.  I have had Alice In Wonderland for the longest time when I had
my original Apple II+ and it was great to see that there were disk images
for the Mac available with their proper emulators.

Only problem is that Alice In Wonderland is corrupt because somebody saved
over some of the disk data so some parts of the game are impossible to
complete (getting the marmalade, entering the looking glass, etc.).  Is
there a possibilty that there is still a uncorrupted disk image of Alice In
Wonderland available?

However, I have the original game disk still as well as the original Apple
II+ drive.  Is there possibility of making my own disk image by dumping? 
I'm not sure if there is a possibility but is somebody could tell me, that
would be great.  Maybe even running the game from the drive itself...
