There's always a way depending on how much $ or how much soldering
you wish to do. The problem is, PC keyboards are on a 1200 baud serial
connection, and Apple II keyboards are more direct access in saying
which key (not key_s_) is currently pressed. There might have been
some converters sold a while back, or if you're enough of a hardware
hacker, you might be able to build your own.
In short: not easy for most people to do this directly.
