These are the kind of things I was thinking of. Way back when for what we
paid for our computers. Few of us were willing to spend additional large
dollars for x-10 modules and the like and let our expensive silicon
burn on endlessly without our participation.

Today is a different story. //e's for 2 bits and where are those modules
now?

The future of the //e, //c is not the killer app. It's the killer card.
Produce a wiz-bang card in the $100 range and people will be digging
in the trash cans to get the computer.
