Where To Buy IIgs RAM, What to get?????

I would like to get a IIgs RAM card.


I would like it to be 4 or 8 megabytes.


I am looking for the cheapest supplier, and the specs on the boards.



Please Note that I just did Several Alta Vista Searches, and I only found 
a description of someones IIgs with a Sirius Ram card installed.


Do you have info on a particular card?

What price is it?
Where can I get it?
What chips are used to expand it?
Slot 7 interference?
RAM Speed?





Is there one RAM card that is better than others?  IE, is one faster than 
others, does it have more features?



You may wonder why the heck I want 8 Megabytes for an OLD IIgs computer.


I am getting into the IIgs, and system software takes up a whole bunch of 
memory.

Once you start adding desk accessories, you start to lose more and more 
RAM.


SIS is on its way to me in the Mail, so MEMory will help.


Is it possible to store these items in the Upper 4 MEGabytes of memory?

and still use the Lower 4 MEGS for DMA with RAMFAST?
