NEW! Upgrade for your Apple IIGS!!!
If someone was to create a GS upgrade. For whatever proccessor we could
come up with or design(here and now in 1997) would there really be a base
of buyers willing to shell out the money to get the upgrade. Isn't this
the question we should be asking? There are so many companies still
designing software for the GS and hardware. There should be an upgrade if
there is a demand!
So without further adu, let's find out what the demand will be.
If you would be interested in upgrading your Apple IIGS (possibly IIe) to
something better and faster email me at jmelcher@juno.com
Include three things in your response.
First: What would you be willing to pay for an upgrade. Whether it
replaced MB or CPU or was an add-on card. Just as long as it was better
and faster and had backwards compatibilty.
Second: What kind of features would you expect from the upgrade. Be
reasonable within your price limit.
Third: List the Apple II machine owned and all options.
To make this as accurate as possible: Please follow the guidelines.
No more than one response per person.
Don't respond if you are not serious.
Be realistics about you responses.
Pass this along to all Apple II owners and users.
Get all responses in by Nov. 25, 1997.
After all responses have been processed, I will post statistics back on the
usenet so that everyone can see the demand(if there is one) for continued
Apple II support.
Thank You.
