VOC, this is what happens, what do I need to do?

OK, there is an RGB connector, and a video in and out connector (on the 
side of the computer closest to the back)




I plug a IIe into the Video IN.  This is for my video source.  It is 
powered on and everything.


The video out goes to a color monitor.


Now, I run the videomix program from the IIgs, and try to make 
adjustments.


The best that I have got is the IIe screen, overlayed by a bunch of 
garbage graphics.



Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to 


1) hook up source video, video to be overlayed


2) overlay the video onto a source video signal, and view the overlayed 
image.
