   First off, instead of asking for everything to be handed to you on
a silver plater and on the wrong newsgroup from where you originally
asked, I recommend that you go to http://www.dejanews.com/home_sf.shtml
and read up on what was posted there before.

   Since you asked the question, it would be polite if you made some
effort to read the responses.
