Alltech was a distributor for the ZipGS, just as EGO Systems was.
The problem is REMcorp apparently halted production of the board and
run out of any leftovers that were hanging around (at least this is
according to a very strong rumour, but I would highly suspect it is
fact. I say rumour because no one has contacted REMcorp yet for an
official confirmation).

It is a shame really, the 15/64 ZipGS in my Apple IIgs is hands
down the most essential cannot-live-without piece of hardware I've
added (the RamFAST and SCSI hardrive are second, and I say that as
without the ZipGS, their performance goes down quite noticably).
