    Just follow up on a discussion we had about the Vision Plus card
a few months back: I was chatting with Tony Diaz about it, apparently
there were not three separate cards as we thought, just existing AST
cards that were modified a bit.

    In otherwords, the the Visionary GS and Vision Plus Enhanced are
merely cards LRO and Alltech bought up, then did some minor hardware
and firmware fixes to get them stable. They should even still have 
the AST company name silk screened to the card (the card was never
put back into production, there were just lots of unsold AST cards).

    Of course only 8 MB of that memory was usable by the IIgs, the 
other half could only be used as a RAM Disk.

    Did you know that Gateway 2000 is bring back the Amiga incidentally?
Now if only Apple would go out of business like Commodore, so someone
could buy the Apple II family line and bring it back. ;)
