    It would certainly be doable. Just like the Amiga and Apple IIgs, the
Atari ST outputs an NTSC scanning frequency (15.75 kHz horizontal), which
makes it compatible with the AppleColor RGB. Two limitations to take note
of however: the picture will be interlaced at 640x400, and obviously, you
won't have any sound output through the monitor.

    You just need to look up the pin outs for the Atari ST's RGB port
(as well as the AppleColor RGB's inputs) and build a cable. I've done
that to connect my AppleColor RGB up to a SuperNintendo actually, and
it gives an _incredible_ looking picture! (the colors and sharpness 
are like nothing I've ever seen on a game console before).
