That's not all that's going on here.  And as for the "guilt" of the
three above mentioned people, csa2 isn't *meant* to be judge and jury of
these people (or anyone else).  Let's take your word for it for a moment
that the three are presumed guilty.  What are WE, csa2, to do about it?
Frankly, it's not our problem.  Everyone has to live with his/her own
conscience and the decisions they make.  And, just because we all would
be "convinced" of their guilt doesn't give *anyone* the right to keep
them out of usenet OR csa2.  They have a right to post here and be heard
as long as they have an internet connection and a computer--and that's
really the bottom line.  If you want to ignore their posts, set up your
own kill file.  If you don't want to deal with or talk to these three
people, then don't.  But don't try and tell the group what they can or
cannot think.

I don't see it that way.  You give out the warning if necessary, and you
let people decide *for themselves*.  You don't keep brow beating them or
posting flaming messages time after time saying the same thing.  There
is simply no reason for this group to be obsessed with this topic over
and over again.  *People don't like to be told how to think*--which is
what's going on here.
