Of course, you could run ProDOS.  However, if you want to run AppleWorks,
you might have to run AppleWorks 3 or earlier.  I'm not certain exactly
what the memory requirements of the AppleWorks versions are, so you should
check this info before buying.  I have 1.25 Megs on my Apple IIgs and find
I have no trouble running AppleWorks 5.1 and ProTerm 3.  I tried GS/OS
5.04 which ran but when I tried running AppleWorks GS data base I quickly
ran out of memory and bounced like the beach ball.  In other words, the
program hung.  Good luck.
