Beyond ZipFAQ-Name that chip...

Okay, I was also contemplating souping up my ZipGS and started rereading
all the FAQs on the subject.
I'm presently running an 8/32 at 10/32 speeds from a new oscillator. I
was pricing a 14 mhz chip and the the RAM, but out of curiousity I looked
at what I already had on board:

TAG: KM62256ALP-10L 214B (Korea)
Data: (Integral sign)dt 71256 545P(delta) 8937M

These are the chips that Alltech installed.

What are the specs on these chips? Is that tag RAM REALLY 10ns? These are
all 6mm chips, do they need to be replaced or can I just get two additional
chips. Can anyone tell me if these chips can still be found in that case?
I'm figuring only on going to the 12.5 mhz cap as I have no interest in
doing soldering.
