New FAQ: Possible duplication of efforts??

I notice that quite a number of solutions have evolved since Nathan's "FAQ
Hostage Crisis" began.  But I think we should be careful that *several*
people don't wind up rewriting the FAQ and duplicating efforts.  Scott G.
announced yesterday he was writing one on his own and that it would be
available around Christmas; Tom T. has already announced that a new FAQ
that would be posted around the 15th of the month, and various others have
mentioned working on very similar projects, with resulting upload to
Ground, etc..

I think we need to somehow have a meeting of minds on this to make sure
that several folks aren't working on the very same thing, which would
obviously be needless duplication (although their efforts are much
appreciated!!)  Just my .02....
