My reply:

Concerning that statement...I don't restrict anything I've got any form of
 authority over and never intend to restrict it.  In some cases from my web
 site, certain things are allowed to be used with my premission only.  Ask for
 it and I'll gladly give it.  As far as any FAQ are concerned I stated in
 another post thread on that matter - that I'm not going to author any FAQ
 myself.  

I intend to provide all I'm allowed to by their authors on my web site, as
 files, html documents, links, etc. - that are related to any and all Apple II
 models.
