Every accusation is groundless, each claim is false, and no evidence of any
wrong-doing on my part exists anywhere. None of the incidents as 
described by Charles Turley ever happened; everything said about me is a 
fantasy, a delusion, a conspiracy theory.

When you, Turley, accept responsibility for your own actions, only then will 
anything change for the better for you. As long as you make false claims, 
blame others for all your problems, and then libel those same people, you 
will continue to be the outcast and pariah of the Apple II world. You 
will be despised by all those who value honesty, ethics and morality.

No one likes a liar, especially when their story changes from week to week.

In any case, because of your outrageous, malicious and dishonest posting 
here on csa2, a criminal report has been filed with the San Rafael, CA police
department, and the very next time that I am libeled by Charles Turley, I 
will consult with an attorney.

Beware also that I now have legal Power Of Attorney to represent Brutal
Deluxe's interests in a US court of law. The statute of limitations for
copyright infringment is one year. So, if you know what is good for you, 
you'll shut your dishonest mouth and stop accusing those who you 
victimize.... or, face the legal consequences of your illegal, unethical, 
and dishonest actions.

Don't try to engage me in a discussion or argument, Turley, because I have
nothing further to say to you outside of a court of law. Plus, I have 
much more important things to do with my time than waste it on someone as 
despicable as you.
