The Message "Your startup configuration has not been set up properly.
Contact the network administrator." is a common message for missing
folders or misconfigured ATINIT file.
I have had the same issue and manually built the folder structure and
ATINIT file.
I still mean to finish a program to make this easy to setup with the
right folders and ATINIT file contents to launch a select program on
network boot.
If your interested I would expect it to be 1-2 months before I would
have something ready I can share with you.
