Like many others:
ADTPro
CiderPress
AppleComander (though I don't use it as much as I could)

But unlike anyone else (apparently):
AppleWin - Thanks team! Not all the code is great, but it's open
source!

A better NIB format, and a version of ADTPro to grab them. ;-)
Might require extra hardware, e.g. the EDD+ card.
