After being away from all this for the past four days now, I return to find my
 entire ISP has been rendered useless by me and most of the others who use
 grin.net - thanks to some sicko nut-case that cut half the lines to the ISP
 (grin.net).  I wonder who is behind that repulsive act and denial of service? 
 Rest assured the investigation into this one will not go away until the person
 or persons responsible for this act are caught and taken to criminal trial
 over it.

Now that I can't use grin.net until the problems are fixed
I'm using AOL.  As far as I can tell my web site can not be accessed, nobody
 can reach me via email, nor can I check for my email.

So, taking all of this into consideration and having read all this crap-ola and
 wandering silly threads on this enitre newsgroup, I'm doing the only logical
 thing I can.  I'm suspending any and all efforts in the Apple II community.

You can all hash it out in any way you wish - without my presents or input with
 anything anymore.

I've got to much ahead of me anyway working out all the legal actions in
 progress now against Nathan Mates and several others.  

Many issues in these legal actions also constitute a few class actions law
 suits.  If anybody is interested in joining in on these please feel free to
