That's a network interface card for the Corvus Omninet network. Not a
terribly rare item (I've got a dozen or so <g>). It allowed Apples
(and some other early machines) to load files from an Omnidrive server
(also prevalent at flea markets). The docs and software are a bit
more elusive, however.
