Joe and others,

Here is the main page of this person's web site. I've edited the
formatting so that it can be read here, but haven't altered the text. He
provides a list of software that is "available." Could you identify for me
which software he is not licensed to distribute?

Also, I'm aware of some efforts to have software that was formerly
commercial re-classified as freeware. Some of the titles listed may
qualify on that basis and thus wouldn't be considered "pirate." Of course,
one must then wonder why all the skulking around. Perhaps Mr. Morrison
could answer this.

Others here should be able to judge whether this site is pirate (though
the titles and the rotating skull and crossbones should be a give-away).

The Pirate's Guild

Welcome to The Apple ][ Pirate's Guild. 

Well......we're going to try something new for the next couple of weeks, 
assuming all goes well. For the ][gs' 11th Birthday, it's time for those
of you with limited software to stock up. Below I've placed a list of 
software that has been on this site in the past that you may have missed
.....and there's also a stack of new stuff. There are no links to this 
software as they are not housed anywhere on the net or any of my ISP's. 

If you want one, a few, or all of the files below, drop an email to 
deth@magna.com.au and I will email them to you. Most files are around
300-700k in size on average, so don't request 10 files if you can  only
fit 2 megs in your mail box. If you have limited space and want lots  of
files, email me multiple emails, like requesting a few one day, then a 
few more a few days later, that way you wont end up with a stuffed
mailbox.  I can't be responsible for your mailbox. You have to do that
yourself.  Also...if you have limited space, let me know in your email and
I wont send  over that amount in a single day. 

I hope this works out well. Of course I could end up with 500 people
asking  for the lot in which case stuff may be delayed or I might have to
cancel  this idea. So don't be too greedy ;-) Ask for the stuff you really
want first,  then email small orders on other days. That way this should
go fine :-)

PLEASE READ

I want to also place a list of much needed and request software. These
are  programs people have requested from me that I do not currently have
or have  access to. If you have any of these, let me know and then I'll
get you to  email it to me or upload it to an ftp site for me. I'll get
you to email me  first and let me know you want to offer it so I dont get
10 people emailing  the same program :-) As soon as I receive it I will
add it to the site. If  you have requests, let me know and I will add it
to this site as soon as I  get it. Hopefully this way people can get
everything they are after :-)  All these are gs unless otherwise stated
