Regarding the "Apple Card", no. Maybe if you repeated the post ...? 
Just kidding!! (One shudders to imagine the language employed by AOL 
users while doing a routine Flash Session download of csa2. Perhaps, in 
the future, it would be better to upload jpeg images to an A2 site, like 
Ground, and just post a message describing the upload.)

     Somehow, we never came across the card. Or, possibly, we did but 
decided the price was too high. (Remember, in those days II+ users 
running from cassette tape were saving up to buy a disk drive.)

     Anyway, thanks for showing the card-- nice job of scanning!
