Say - about those Platinum IIe's - how rare are they? I just bought two
(!) from the local Goodwill store here in Seattle for $12.00 (The first was
$8.00 - the second $4.00). They were in mint shape - just a little dirty.
I know that they're not worth a fortune or anything - I'm just curious if
anyone knows how many were made, how to tell the machine count from the
serial number, etc. Right now, I have one of them in my office at work
running little BASIC screen demos in the background as a conversation piece
- less dangerous than a LavaLamp in an office, you know. (^_^)
	Virtually yours,
	Paul
