As far as I know (and I could be wrong), there is no organization that
officially sanctions the c.s.a2 FAQ and ordains any particular person
to write it. Anyone who wants to write and provide a FAQ may.
What I am saying is that to copy what Nathan has written and make it
available elsewhere without his permission is not right. If you or anyone
else wants to write your own FAQ then go ahead. In fact, I hope you do.
I think FAQs should be freely available to anybody, but I don't think
that Nathan is under any obligation to refrain from restricting his
web page.
