No. You always have to boot from a floppy. But see below.

Yes. There are two. The original is Catalyst, and the more recent is
Selector /// by Bob Consorti <75300.1543@compuserve.com>. These are required
to run programs from the ProFile. You have to boot them from floppies.

None. Apple supplied Catalyst to solve this problem. But it is really a
terrible selector, Selector /// is somewhat better.

WAP has the software, and putting in a 65C02 is recommended.
