laser 128 operating system

I have a hand-me-down Laser 128 that my 18 month old son is absolutely
nuts about - better the that system than my home office system <G>.
Unfortunately, all I can get it to do is boot up and smile in green
"Unable to find bootable disk, press Ctrl-Reset to retry"

How would I go about getting a bootable diskette for this beast so he
can
at least type letters and make it beep -- he's easy to please at a
year
and a half...
