first of all, that's the funniest e-mail address ever... =)
second, i have linux, and i know that on some computers, the OS isn't able
to 'trap' the ctrl-alt-delete keystroke, and that coupled with the fact
that the BIOS recognizes, would lead me to believe that it is hardcoded,
but that the OS has the ability to redirect the result of the keystroke.
