AEHD driver


Just picked this up recently (since I have an AEHD drive) and was
wondering how to get it to format 1.6mb disks.  When I init a disk, I get
the options of 800k @ 2.1, 800k @ 4.1 and 400k @ 2.1.

Is there some 'trick' to this?
