MOst likely you have the DuoDisk Controller.
It only supports the DuoDisk and Apple 5.25 drive (and Disk ][ with cable).
The Liron card supports the 3.5" UniDisk.
Only the SuperDrive Controller supports the Apple 3.5 Drive.
