Thats a 1985 era Mac 800K external drive. It works on the 512e, Plus,
SE and SE/30.. (and anything else with a drive port), it will also
function on a Mac 128 or 512 as an 800K MFS, (note, NOT HFS), it's
800K disks would only be readable in a non-enhanced Mac (128 / 512
only).

It can be used with a UDC card as well, you'll need to keep a paper
clip around to eject. Or do what I did years back, and rig a paper
clip through the hole with the end of a push pin shoved onto it so it
had a permanent lever to get disks out.
