GSII Power Supply

I believe that the power supply on my GSII is going. It is only putting out
3.5 and
about 2 volts. If I plug any disk drives in it won't boot. If I disconnect
everything it
will boot to "Check startup devices".
Other than checking solder traces, anyone know if there are any components
that
I could easily check? I am not an electronics wiz.
