Check ftp.ecaetc.ohio-state.edu. Last I heard, that's where it all was.
And there's a web page for M/FV at http://www.ecaetc.ohio-state.edu/mfv/

I haven't checked either of these resources for a while, so I hope
they're still up. If not, I have the complete M/FV stuff, all ready for
you to modify to your wishes. It's even got complete documentation ready
for printing and all that.
