Will pay $75 for Ultima 1 or Akalabeth (read)

I would pay $75 for a copy of the California Pacific release of Ultima 1
if it is complete and in good shape. I believe it came in a plastic bag
with some documentation and was released in 1981. Also $75 for either
release of Akalabeth World of Doom, one was on a cassette, the other on a
5.25 disk. I know the cassette came in a plastic bag, not sure about the
disk  I will also consider buying the regular releases of Ultima 1 or 2 also.
