Off topic of apple II

  The csa2 newsgroup is an excellent resource for information and help.

   Why does everyone keep on posting off topic messages?  Arguing over 
copyrights, pirating, and flaming people in the form of posts to the csa2 
newsgroup do you nothing at all.

   Personally, when I check out whats new, I skip over all of the crap 
that gets posted, but sometimes a reply to an off subject post contains 
valuable information.

   Why can't you just email the people that you are mad at?  If it is 
something that needs to be posted, like a warning of a scam or virus thats 
going to wipe out my hard drive, then post it!

   Then there are the posts from people like me, asking others (please!) 
to stop posting non Apple II junk.  This (my post here) clutters up the 
screen too!

   It seems that some people need a 


comp.sys.apple2.crap 


newsgroup.  They could post until their hearts content.
