Help Identify This Card

Hello:

 I picked up and enhanced //e today at a local thrift shop. When I
popped the top, I noticed a card in slot 5 that I don't recognize. It
has 2 cables that end in DB 19 female connectors. There are 7 chips
total on the board, with the largest being socketed. There are no
manufacturer markings on the board. Any ideas?

 There was also a AE TransWarp card in it in slot 4. I found the DIP
switch settings on Deja News. Does the TransWarp add any additional
RAM and/or 80 cols?
