Btw, the Apple IIe technical reference manual is still for sale from the 
publisher ($25 I think).  I can try to find my copy to get you the ISBN 
(it's buried since I just moved), or you can do what I did, and go to a 
bookstore and ask about it (I went to Barnes & Noble)
