Prodos with a Hard drive. Some questions

I want to find a program that will allow me to "move" files 

That is, I want to move files into different directories, without having 
to copy them to new place, and then delete where I dont want them.

--I need a program that will change the directory that a program is in.


Is there a fast file search program out there?  I want to be able to find 
stuff quickly on my 100 megabyte drive that is full.  I have an applesoft 
program, but it is slow.

Is there a good program to organize hard drives?
