If you have access to a pc bulletin board system that offers that kind of
thing.

You also might be able to use uqwk from a shell account, but then if you
had a shell account you could use trn or pine or some other unixy program.

Maybe when the tcp/ip stacks come out we'll see some newsreaders and mail
programs get ported over.
