Though 2 is not the method I endorse, but Treasure Chest Project
does carry a handful titles that are being given permission to
redistribute. As much as I can try to locate as much as possible the
authors who written them, it is not as easy as it seems to get in touch
with them or even then, to persuade them to release it.
Of course, everyone can play their part in giving information that
leads to the titles being reclassified ... I would LOVE to get leads and
then try to negoitate.
