Q: Pinouts for Apple IIgs RGB -> Sony

I'm wondering if anyone out there has a pinout for Apple IIgs RGB out
to that ribbon-cable RGB connector found on Sony monitors (and others,
I'd imagine).  I didn't find this in any FAQ; any help would be
appreciated! :)
