   Turley is obviously incapable of understanding how to properly use
his newsreader and emailer, and the distinction between the two. I've
had to procmail all email from him to the bit bucket for near a year
now due to his (1) inability to listen to repeated requests not to
send duplicate copies of his csa2 posts to me via email and (2) inane
content of all those posts.

   Procmail is a wonderful unix tool for doing almost anything to
incoming email except for remotely raising the intelligence of the
senders. If I wanted to be nastier, I could send back a message saying
"Your message has been discarded unread because you're an idiot" but
the occasional public reminder that you *can* ignore jerks in email
does wonders.
