Making this a moderated newsgroups would be a good ideas, but it would
not really work if the reason is to keep spam from it. Most the the real
bad ones have found ways to put it up without going through the moderator,
also I have found that many sites including the one I use have failed to
set the pointers to be moderated, therefore they get on those sites. One
moderated group has it and it keeps out almost all of the junk, but their
box is loaded. Anyone not have a life and just run the group?
