The TurboMouse ADB 3.0, a trackball from Kensington, was supposed to
work on GS's and Macs (it does not work well on early GS's; but, you can
move the cursor and nothing blows up); so, a Mac ADB mouse may be a good
try as a GS mouse replacement.
Probably, your best bet is a one-button mouse from a Mac of the
1987-early 1990's era. A GS + Mac user would be likely to know for sure.
You might post this question to a Mac group-- someone there may have some
good suggestions.
