With the Visionary GS or AST Vision Enhanced card, 30 frames per second
at 16 colors out of 4096 or 16 shades of gray.  Both modes give a screen
resolution of 320x200.

For still images, the card can "frame grab" real time video at a color
depth of 12 bits (4096 colors), which can be remapped to 3200 color
(200 palettes of 16 colors each).

You can also manually convert the 12 bit raw data images frame by frame
to 256 color (16 palettes of 16 colors each) and assemble them into
PaintWorks animations (Byte Works' QC Morph generates 256 color PW anims).
