Having problems getting a Quadra 840AV running system 7.6 to talk to an
Apple SE running system v7.1. I know the Apple SE has no problems
talking to printers but when I tried to do a direct connection between
the two computers through the printer ports, I had no success.

Help!!

(I am tring to set up a print server on a network of printers to reduce
the time machines are tied up with printing to the colour printer. using
the SE as the server.)
