Hope this gives you the info you requested concerning the TLC and it's 
internet conectivity issues. (that option for the TLC is still in 
development by the company that designed and retails the TLC. But, when 
the development is finished with it - it will be about the same as any 
other Apple II Internet connectivity abilities - like using Proterm and 
Lynx for text only browsing of web sites and ftp, etc.).
